Custom View

HOW
Allows users to create a personalized dashboard within the Entity Profile, displaying selected relevant charts and information for every entity in a separate tab.
Useful to avoid clicking and switching between tabs on the same profile. Every profile can be loaded with its Custom View and then shows the stored selection of charts.
- Go to profiles and click on tab menu to create a new Custom View
- Select the charts to be added to the view
- Load Custom View on any profile you go to
Entity Grouping

Corporate subsidiaries are now connected to their parent companies. The grouped view shows the portfolios of all connected entities at once.
Corporates might use different entities for their filings which makes portfolios incomplete. Entity Grouping is useful to avoid selecting various companies of the same group one by one.

- Start an entity search on applicants
- On the name search, now grouped entities will be listed as their group name only
Filing View

Part of the Search feature, Filing View provides a detailed list of the underlying filings for any search you run. From there, you can also export the filing details.
Useful if you want to get details on filings for multiple entities at once, e.g. PCTs from any country like Korea close to deadline for national phase entry.

Excel Autofill

Allows users to match entities from an Excel list against our database and provide specified information/fields for all entities in the Excel list.
Instead of visiting profiles one by one to get revelant information, the feature allows to retrieve the same information for various entities in one attempt.

Compare Entities

Allows users to analyze and contrast two or more entities side-by-side using customizable charts tailored to specific comparison criteria. All prodile charts are available.
To avoid loading several profiles on different browser tabs. Make informed decision-making by analyzing key similarities and differences among entities.

Similar Entities

Gives users an immediate overview of similar firms or applicants, based on multiple criteria such as technical, geographical or volume similarities.
Similar Entities help to identify alternative law firms/client to consider working with. It can also help to identify competitors, either regarding law firms or law firms‘ clients.

Network Overlap

Allows users to identify mutual relationships (partners and clients) shared between their own firm and any other entity. Constraints can be applied to filter the selection.
Discover new opportunities and business relationships. Firms current partners/clients can act as intermediaries, making introductions to entities with whom they already collaborate.

Tech Overlap

The feature helps to identify areas in which technological competences overlap. It can either be used to identify potential conflict of interests or overlaps in expertise.

Set up the connection in the IP Pilot Settings
- Specify the information to be transferred
- Transfer information by clicking “Push to CRM”
- Decide on how to handle conflicting information (if any exist)
